Centure is a London based property company focusing on investment and development opportunities primarily in London and the South East.
BACKGROUND
Our principals have a track record of managing and completing over 40 projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors ranging in size from smaller projects up to schemes with a GDV of £60 million. The Centure team collectively have decades of experience in property acquisition, planning, finance, investment analysis, project management and sales. We have worked with a range of property owners, joint venture partners and external investors.

MEET THE TEAM
ROBERT JACKSON
Founder, Managing Director
Robert is a serial entrepreneur and has been actively involved in property investing and development since 2006. He has specialised in purchasing undervalued properties adding value through a range of strategies and then selling or refinancing. Using this strategy, he has built up a large profitable portfolio of over 30 high cash flow rental properties in London and the South East. He has also developed out several properties where he has created significant value through planning gain and refurbishment. Central to Robert’s success is his extensive experience & knowledge of multiple property strategies and financing options.
GORDON FLEMMING STEEL
Acquisitions
Gordon heads up our sourcing function and is responsible for identifying and securing new projects. His main focus is on acquisitions, deal structuring and growing our project pipeline. This involves managing ongoing relationships with commercial and residential agents, identifying off market opportunities via direct to vendor approaches and liaising with property owners and JV partners. He has previously worked in finance and business development. He holds a BSc. in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics
Planning Consultant - DAVID KEMP
DRK Planning
David Kemp has more than 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy, and is a qualified barrister, solicitor, planning consultant and chartered surveyor. His background in advising Councils as well as private clients, combining legal experience with planning practice, uniquely distinguishes him from other planning consultants, bringing together a developer-focussed and commercial approach with a robust insight to policy and law. DRK Planning works closely with investors and developers to help successfully deliver residential development projects throughout the UK, whether PD, Commercial conversion or redevelopment projects.
CHRIS LEWINGTON
Lettings
Having worked in the industry since 2008, Chris cut his teeth working for some of London’s largest corporate agencies in London allowing him to accumulate a wealth of Knowledge in the London Rentals Market. With his hybrid personal approach to dealing with clients whilst maintaining corporate efficiency and professionalism, Chris is more than happy to handle any aspect of a lettings-sells transaction.

Project manager
As a founding member of the Centure team, Project Manager Lydia has overseen the upgrade and redesign of all of our largest projects. Lydia has experience managing a broad range of client-inspired interior design projects; She tackles everything from a minor refurbishment to a major redevelopment
