INVEST OR JV

We have a solid track record spanning almost 15 years of completing over 40 successful property transactions that have generated stellar investor returns with returns on equity invested (ROEs) in some projects in excess of 100%. We are currently looking for private investment to fund ongoing and future developments. We have significant experience of working with both Investors and Joint Venture partners in previous projects and achieving profitable outcomes together.

There are three main ways investors or property owners can work with Centure

FIXED RETURN LOANS

We offer fixed rate returns on debt financing with a range of security options depending on the project and loan amount. Interest can be paid monthly or as a lump sum at completion.

EQUITY INVESTMENT

For larger investors seeking potentially higher returns, we can offer equity investments where profits from a specific project are shared with equity investors. We can only offer such opportunities to sophisticated investors.

JOINT VENTURES

We work with existing property owners to assist them realise the full market potential of their properties as well as with property sourcers who have identified properties with development potential. You provide the property/project and we provide the funding, expertise, project management, builders and also market the property. At completion, profits are shared based on pre-agreed upon levels.
